Soinei Parseina is a practicing Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Commissioners for oath & Notary Public,an honors graduate of the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, and holds a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law.

She was admitted to the bar in 2020. She is the Managing Partner of Parseina Soinei & Co Advocates. Worked at different Government & private institutions to mention but a few:

Soinei has a solid background and over Six years’ experience in civil and constitutional litigation before both the High Court and Court of Appeal. She also practices commercial law before various tribunals including Public Procurement Appeals Tribunal, Cooperative Tribunal, and Industrial Court where she represents mainly institutional clients.

She brings on board a wealth of experience in transactional advisories on areas, commercial agreements, legal compliance and privatization, conveyancing transactions, having dealt with several transfers, leases, sub-leases, charges, mortgages, etc over the years.
